The web portal was initiated by CECED with technical and funding support from Ambedkar University, Delhi; Care, India and The World Bank. In one of our interactions with donors a suggestion floated that the current portal is required to be developed separately from the existing CECED website. This portal would be dedicated to professional sharing, interactions and linking with networks of Early Childhood Education and Development (ECED) professionals and organisations, both at national and international level. Currently, we are continuing the activity on our own.
